A task management app for small teams, built from scratch with Next.js. Teams share a workspace, plan projects on boards and lists, assign tasks and see changes from teammates live. I built it end to end with Claude Code as my AI coding tool.

  • Workspaces with owner, admin and member roles, email invites and multiple projects
  • Board (drag and drop), list, calendar and summary views, with filters and saved views
  • Tasks with subtasks, labels, priorities, due dates, reminders and file attachments on Cloudflare R2
  • Markdown comments with @mentions and reactions, plus a full activity history per task
  • Live updates between teammates over Pusher, in-app notifications and web push
  • Sign-in with password, one-time email codes or Google, with two-factor authentication
  • Search palette and keyboard shortcuts, light and dark themes, installable as a PWA on desktop and mobile
  • Public REST API with personal access tokens and OpenAPI docs
  • Unit, server and end-to-end tests with Vitest and Playwright

    Senior Full-Stack Web Developer, NovemBit

    Develop and maintain educational, informational and social-experience web applications with about 1M monthly visitors. Frontend and backend with PHP, WordPress, React.js, JavaScript and MySQL.

    • Lead developer and architect of Me and My Golf, an education platform with WooCommerce Subscriptions and a React member area.
    • One of 4–5 developers who rebuilt a large legacy custom-PHP website in 3–4 months, keeping the production database (100K–1M records) and all historical data.
    • Designed changes around the existing database structure and ran data migrations when needed, so existing data stayed compatible.
